5. Calzone
These are made from bread dough (similar to pizza dough) folded over and filled with all sorts of ingredients. Traditionally the filling is mozzarella and tomato but there are all sorts of variations on this. They are sold on street carts in Italy as a sandwich-sized snack that are easy to eat on the go.
