Once upon a time it was that Sushi was quite exotic but with chains such as Yo Sushi popping up all over the place, most of us have tried it. However, there are a few types of Sushi that you can only find in Japan and Odori Ebi can only be found in Tokyo. It’s a type of Sushi that contains live baby prawns that are still wiggling their antennae as you eat them.
