1. Fried Spider
This is a delicacy in Cambodia. A spider is seasoned then deep fried until the legs go rigid. The best meat is in the head but the legs are quite yummy too. Locals can’t seem to agree, though, on whether the meat in the body (made up of eggs, organs and excrement) is a delicacy or not.
