6. Mayonnaise (Mayo)
Often considered a classic topper, mayois still just “mayo” in some cases, but may also be found markedly transformed. Though the base may remain largely the same, mayonnaise is often enhanced with ingredients such as garlic, cracked pepper, wasabi, and many other seasonings and spices. In fact, its flavor can be enhanced so much so that there are also varieties being brandedas something entirely different (read: aioli).
