9. Quasar
Quasars are bright beacons that shine on us from afar and they are more powerful than hundreds of galaxies combined. Experts have discovered more than 200,000 quasars and most of them are farther than 3 billion light-years away. Although they are invisible to naked eyes even during the clearest, darkest night; astronomers consider them to be the most luminous objects known.
3C 273 is among the brightest quasar, it is 2 trillions times more luminous than our sun or emits 100 times more light than our Milky Way galaxy.
