8. Rowan Atkinson
Rowan Sebastian Atkinson is a popular British comedian and actor, primarily known for the Mr. Bean character. Of a humble origin, he studied Electrical Engineering and later earned a major degree on the same field from the University of Queen. Many of his schoolmates remembered of how Rowan Atkinson skillfully played with hilarious face expressions and this could become the basis for the famous hapless character, Mr. Bean. The series first appeared on Thames Television in half-hour specials and the character was widely considered as a modern version of Charlie Chaplin. His first film debut was Bean in 1997, followed by Johnny English in 2003, Mr. Bean’s Holiday in 2007 and Johnny English: Reborn in 2011.
