I had the absolute privilege of meeting the great Pedro Martin Terra Group CEO recently for a short chat about his career and how he has found his success. As someone who is looking to get into the real estate industry, this man has long been an inspiration of mine and talking to him was a great experience. Martin worked for over 25 years in real estate law before switching to development where he has lead the Terra Group to create homes, communities, and building which have helped to shape the city of Miami.
