Brown Sugar Body Scrub for Sensitive Skin Type

This scrub is enriched with coconut oil and vanilla extract. It cleans the body perfectly. To make this at home, one has to take a cup of brown sugar, half a cup of soft and solidified coconut oil, a few drops either jasmine or lavender oil and half a teaspoon of vitamin E. One has to take a bowl and mix all the ingredients together and then store it in a jar. Then they have to massage this mixture on their body by using an exfoliating brush and move in the circular motion on your skin. After 15 minutes, wash it away with lukewarm water and then dry it up with a soft towel. Once this is done, moisturize your skin properly. Brown sugar is less harsh than raw sugar and is good for sensitive skins. It removes both dead skins and whiteheads.

Coconut Rose Sea Salt Scrub for Dry Skin Type

To make this at home, one needs half a cup of Himalayan sea salt (they are pink in color), half a cup of coconut oil, a few drops of essential oil and half a cup of dried rose petals. Mix all the ingredients together and then apply it all over your skin. Then wash it with lukewarm water. This scrub helps in bringing back the lost glow and it also facilitates the blood circulation.

Coffee Body Scrub with Antioxidant Value

Take a cup of ground coffee, a cup of raw sugar, half a cup of coconut oil and a few drops of essential oil and mix all the ingredients together to apply it all over your skin. Rub it in a circular motion for deep absorption and cleansing. Then wash it well with normal water.
