Fighting the good fight in what is generally regarded as the tourist trap zone of the Old Town, Karmnik is bucking the trend by not being overpriced and/or crap. Their manifesto is to revamp the Polish tradition of hard spirits consumption with hearty traditional food and they’re getting straight A’s when it comes to fulfilling their own criteria. There’s over 100 different shots on the menu, so after you’ve chowed down, get the short drinks lined up—it’s tradition!
