Upscale sibling of the popular noodle shop next door, the impressive interiors are dominated by zebrano wood paneling harmonized with Asian elements. The fusion dishes are close to flawless. Try the scallops sauteed in orange oil and served with sweet potato croquettes and coriander sauce.

Many of the dishes also revolve around traditional and innovative preparations of—surprise—duck. Aside from good old Peking duck, you can have “Chang’s Treasure Box” with smoked duck breast with lime sauce, shrimps and mango wrapped in wonton crust and served with jellyfish salad.
