The Prater Museum displays mementos from the old Wurstelprater amusement park which was destroyed in the final days of WWII. A local Viennese historian, Hans Pemmer, amassed a huge collection of memorabilia and donated it to the city of Vienna.

Announcements, paintings, posters, photos, signs, figurines from merry-go-rounds—the list goes on. Also, a part of the Laterna Magica collection of Ernst Hrabalek is on display.
