In a sea of contemporary art galleries, Art Bits stands out for taking a unique position and sticking to it. The gallery exclusively shows digitally produced photography, graphic design and digital art.

After curating a digital art exhibition in Vienna in 2002, photographer Stefan Fiedler received an overwhelming amount of praise and attention, eventually leading the exhibition to travel to the UK, Italy and Germany. Fiedler recognized the interest in digital art and decided to capitalize on the response he received—months later, Art Bits was opened.

Since then, Art Bits has been at the core of Vienna’s art scene, leading the way for new media art and digital works.
