Spread out across a 1930s-era industrial dock in newly hip Barra Funda, Clash covers almost 10,000 square feet: in a given night, up to 1000 people gyrate through its dance floor, mezzanine and garden.

Initially celebrated for its sizzling Circuito events, the club has gone on to host a list of internationally renowned electro, techno, minimal, rock and hip hop artists that includes Laurent Garnier, Booka Shade, Umek, Chris Liebing, Tottsworth, Mudhoney and Afrika Bambaata. It also showcases locally-based DJs like Mau Mau, Murphy and Anderson Noise.
