La Pinacotheque is an art museum entirely dedicated to temporary exhibitions from the big names of the art world.

Opened in June of 2007, it is based on an interesting concept: the exhibitions are aimed at showing the creative background of an artist by revealing some of their sources of inspiration. Such dedicated curatorial work enables all you intrepid art enthusiasts to view the artworks of the likes of Matisse, Brancusi or Lichtenstein from a much wider perspective.

Its 2000m² exhibition space harbors a constantly renewed collection of artistic treasures from far and wide. Don’t be disheartened or surprised if this highly regarded gallery is packed, its consistent quality of exhibitions has made it hugely popular.
