Le Bataclan
From vaudeville to pop rock

Named after Jacques Offenbach’s Ba-Ta-Clan operetta, Le Bataclan opened in February 1865, hosting vaudeville, theater and revues starring the likes of Maurice Chevalier.

After a brief stint as a cinema, the intriguingly Chinese-inspired venue in the bohemian Oberkampf area now again hosts an eclectic program of rock and pop concerts, as well as humorously-titled club nights like Crazyvores and Follivores.
