The first Joe’s Shanghai was founded in Flushing, Queens in the mid ‘90s and immediately the special soup dumplings and crab pork meat became a New York foodie’s staple. Other special dishes include spicy Szechuan sliced beef, crispy jumbo prawns with lime sauce, braised duck, braised pork shoulders and not to mention the different varieties of cold cuts like Wine Chicken.
