Whether or not it’s apparent, Brooklyn is home to the highest concentration of artists in the United States, but New York isn’t exactly the most accommodating urban environment for creative pursuits. Issue Project Room is one of those exceptions, hosting some of the freshest talents to the public and offering something you usually don’t get out of a cultural center: art you can relate to.
