Oskar Maria
B for brasserie

Translated from the French, brasserie means brewery, and although the term is commonly associated with Germany’s neighbor, France and its illustrious Parisian style bistros, the name’s probably more fitting for beer guzzling Bavaria. This reconverted mansion provides an airy atmosphere, and the cuisine generally leans towards German fare with a slight nouvelle touch and melange of Mediterranean flavors that occasionally invokes a Gallic touch, with dishes such as veal marengo and leg of venison.
