Nektar is one of Munich’s poshest watering holes. Opened in 2003, the interior of the bar-cum-restaurant is lit up like a quasi-futuristic Tannenbaum. It contains no conventional tables or chairs, instead allowing guests to lounge as they dine by reclining back on plumb white leather couches with tasteful tapas-style portions that pair smoothly with the potent libations.
