Managed by newly-weds Andrea and Carola, Al Bacco is a little restaurant with just a single window and one lengthy room. The few tables, the small pictures and the yellow walls give it both an intimate and friendly atmosphere. If you are in midtown and wish to keep away from the packed touristic spots or want to taste the local cuisine, this is the place.
We suggest the sautéed risotto with saffron and veal cutlet in breadcrumbs, typical of the Milanese culinary tradition. Dishes are prepared according to the age old recipes, but Andrea, pupil of the famous chef Sadler, creates them in her own way. They have a well curated wine list, just ask for an advice about the best bottle to accompany your meal.
