Calle Ocho is the last place one would expect to find a Vietnamese restaurant. But this bare bones beloved eatery is full of even more surprises, like their perfectly smoked fish dip served with crackers and pumpkin soup.

There are standards like pho and spring rolls wrapped in mint and lettuce leaves, but when in Miami, go for one of the more interesting fish dishes. Make sure to put in your order for pork rolling cakes, as they sell out in a flash and should not be missed.
