The meatless abode’s food ranges from the raw to the cooked offering guests a selection of indulgent or lighter fare. The clever mix of ingredients and support of local agriculture make the bistro the new darling amongst eco-conscious locals. Be sure to try the zucchini fritters or their Soul Bowl—a bottomless pit of veggie goodness. Though, above all, save room for dessert.
