Here’s how it works: Grab a menu and procure yourself a “chip card”. Head to a food station, tell the chef what you want, and then watch as your food is prepared to your specifications right before your stomach-sized eyes. It couldn’t be easier. The menu may not be the most groundbreaking in London, but the pizzas are up there with the best. Your chip card records what you’ve ordered so you’ll have a pain-free check out when it’s time to go—no need for annoyingly long waits for your bill to arrive while over-worked wait-staff deal with other diners.
