Elliot’s Café
The flavour of the season

These are real chefs. Not chefs who have a set menu of dishes learnt by wrote. Not even a speck of that here. Improvisation is the name of the game. Taking inspiration from whatever the flavour of the day is in the market (it’s right next to Borough) sees an intriguing and ever-changing menu.

As inspirational as creating the dishes must be, experiencing them is even more so. And you’re able to do so for breakfast, lunch and dinner, while the gaps (when the kitchen is closed) are filled in with coffee, cold plates, cheese and cured meats. Expect the unusual if you’re there for their lunch or dinner menu – anything from gurnard to mallard, perhaps accompanied with seasonal heritage veg. Relax into their elegantly pared down surrounds and enjoy a helping of fresh, locally sourced food.
