Barbecoa is the latest offering from the Jamie Oliver camp, it sees Oliver in partnership with US barbeque expert Adam Perry Lang. Drawing from US heritage the food is all about meat, it’s a haven of pulled pork, sticky ribs, steaks and ‘beer can chicken’ – a Southern US specialty involving a beer can inserted into the backside of a chicken and then grilled. Sounds weird, tastes good.
Right inside the city’s latest shopping mall; One New Change, Barbecoa boasts stellar views of St. Pauls Cathedral and you’re also surrounded by an luxury interior designed by modernist Tom Dixon.
