Having pioneered rock parties on Ibiza, the team behind Ibiza Rocks took over one of the largest hotels in San Antonio with the intention of revamping it, celebrating the glory of rock, naturally.

Billed as the town’s first destination hotel, it is certainly a sight to be seen. Massive in size—with over 300 rooms, two outdoor pools, four bars, a merchandise shop and its own supermarket—the hotel also hosts the island’s best rock concerts. In 2008 alone, their outdoor stage saw the likes of The Fratellis and We Are Scientists.

Given the hotel’s theme, most of the guests are 18-24 year old Brits who’ve come for a party, so don’t expect peace and quiet. In addition to the constant entertainment, there’s a large gaming room courtesy of X-box, and the consoles can be rented for in-room use.
