Set in the heart of the island in San Lorenzo, this family run establishment is easily one of the best restaurants on Ibiza. The food, with its roots in Tuscany but fused with eastern spices and aromatic herbs, is a delectable blend of rich flavors and subtle pairings.
Always fresh and mostly organic, much of which comes from their own garden, the ingredients are what make La Paloma’s dishes shine. While the menu is limited, it is constantly changing, depending on what is seasonal and fresh.
Set in a charming old finca with an intimate interior complete with fireplace, the design is heavily influenced by Mediterranean colors and rustic touches. In the summer months they open the terrace and garden, quite dazzling with its citrus orchard, enabling patrons to dine beneath the stars.
If you happen by in the daytime, the rear area of the finca houses their café. Focusing on organic salads, fresh juices and inventive tofu and seitan dishes, it’s the perfect place for a healthy breakfast or lunch.
