A true island staple, Juanito has held culinary court for more than 40 years on San Juan Road. Recently sold to British restaurateur and baker, Matthew Jones (of London’s Flour Power), little has changed since the change in management, with the acceptation of high quality baked goods.
Certainly the freshest bread in Ibiza, the loaves are baked on the premises and the neighboring outdoor grill turns out the roadside stop’s main attraction: grilled meats. Lighter fare includes healthy organic salads, soups and whatever else chef Jones feels like whipping up (trust us, you won’t be disappointed).
Their on-site organic garden produces the greens for the salads and the menu’s accompanying vegetables, creating unbeatable fresh, flavors.
