Nimb is Denmark’s—and maybe one of Europe’s—best new hotels. With 13 spacious suites, all individually designed with fireplaces, antiques and atmosphere to boost, Nimb knows what’s best. They are pricey, but with every last touch guaranteed to be pure, unadulterated luxury, they convince most that splurging has it’s perks.

In the ground floor of in the food temple (where Hotel Nimb is located) you find Restaurant Nimb, the brasserie of the establishment. A bit more stuffed than other dining establishments here, the idea is that you should be able to fill your belly with good food without draining your credit card. But given how overflowing the entire complex is, you’ll be sure not to go hungry and have all your other desires tended to.
