After perfecting his sushi slicing skills at several of Copenhagen’s and Tokyo’s restaurants, Kaoru Fujisawa finagled his expertise into opening his own establishment. A staple of Nørrebro’s take-away restaurants since, Fujisawa enjoys a considerable and dedicated fanbase of hungry locavores.

If you don’t have anywhere to bring your sushi, the small minimal eatery does offer six tables where you can observe Fujisawa busy at work behind the counter.
