With a rotund building jutting out of the ground like a giant lip stick, Tycho Brahe Planetarium, or just the Planetarium, is hard to miss. A tribute to everything galactic, the Planetarium is where you go if you have a hard on for space rocks, interstellar light beams and the planetary rings of Saturn.

If you are in dire need of a a view at the bigger picture, the Planetarium fields a wonderfully kitsch permanent exhibition on astronomy and space traveling. It also houses one of the 200 existing omnimax theaters, complete with domed screen—quite different from 3D and IMAX movies, although perhaps just as bumpy and nauseating at times.

After most screenings, the current stellar constellations are shown on the screen, which prove to be a good come down, as they also own a star projector that is able to project more than 4000 stars, complete with the different planets of our solar system.

All in all, the Planetarium is the perfect place to go if you’re stoned. So have fun.
