Part of Copenhagen’s charm lies in its back streets. They wrap around the heart of the city centre and neighbouring suburbs, and though silent, are home to some of the city’s best keep secrets. Like Bob Noon.
Who is Bob Noon? He’s a collective. A concept, that’s both commercial and cool. He’s a studio and a shop. A shared space for creative minds.
Hidden in Matthæusgade, a residential street in the Vesterbro district, Bob Noon is an independent design studio run by a group of six designers/friends. Though it primarily serves as a working space for the group’s commercial clients, each day from noon until 3pm the other half of the space opens up to shoppers.
The room is rife with arts and crafts. You will find friendly monsters, dreaming creatures, books and badges. It’s cute and cosy. A gem of a find, for an easy afternoon.
