Nicky, originally from West Yorkshire, and Carlos, a Londoner with a central American twist, have been partners in crime for twenty years. The Deli Express Co. evolved out of a shared passion for fresh and additive-free food. Recently opened in Woodstock, the restaurant and catering service strives to deliver the ultimate mid-day meal that is delicious, healthy and affordable.
