Owner and Chef Harald Bresselschmidt has created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, complementing the fine dining experience.
The food is inspired by classic continental cooking, with delicate Asian influences, made with only the freshest produce, and always innovative, as seen in dishes like the Braised Venison with fennel & pickled mushroom vinaigrette or the Veal with capers, Anchovies and an asparagus and pumpkin seed sauce.
