Overkill, originally founded in 1992 as a graffiti magazine, is the authority on all things hip hop and street. By 2003 the brand opened a retail store, which recently underwent a major re-design and expanded its Kreuzberg space to nearly five times its original size.
With this whopping expansion came the establishment of two gleaming side-by-side shops: one offering streetwear; the other selling all things graffiti. While the creative underclass may find the prices at the graffiti shop a bit steep, the selection next door—shoes, hoodies and the like—is thorough and diverse. With the list of brands the store boasts, you’ll no longer have to ask your New York friends to send you Alife and Stüssy shirts—they’re all here.
