This former Bechstein piano factory is getting a face-lift—thanks to the design gurus at Modulor, who will set up shop here in 2011.

In the meantime, this 2,000-square-meter, dual-floor space on Moritzplatz is steadily being discovered by other local creatives and has been used in the past as an events venue for the Berlinale and Kunstmagazin, while designer flea market, trend mafia, has also found a permanent home here.
