Traube
Through the grapevine

Professors of Architecture, Hans Kollhoff and Helga Timmermann, gave this well preserved townhouse from 1840 an elegant face-lift.

The kitchen holds up its end too, serving “Alps-Region” cuisine, which is delicious, but the main focus is on wine. Hence the name Traube (cluster of grapes).

Dinner is great any night of the week. Yet Sundays are special—when by invitation only, Traube caters gourmet events to a celebrity filled A-list.
