Burgermeister is an establishment that attracts beefy pilgrimages from all around the city. This humble shack is always heaving and the crowds certainly aren’t here for the plasti-glass ambience.

The burgers here are huge, succulent and, some argue, among the best in the city. If you can cram them in, go for the chilli-cheese fries and indulge in a full-blown meat coma. Don’t worry about the queues. The guys here have grilling down to a science and the hamburgers practically fly off the grills.
