There is too much to tell about Wuensdorf and it’s long bunker/military history, but from 1939 to 1945, the underground headquarters of the German Wehrmacht was in Zossen/Wuensdorf.
The same area was the site of a Soviet military camp from 1945 to 1994. Today you can tour through the remains of the German and Soviet bunkers.
