Peres Projects has extended its gallery base to Berlin, where the newest branch of this originally bi-coastal project is located on Schlesische Strasse, just next to the Spree and Oberbaumbrücke.

Javier Peres purposefully settled down in Kreuzberg, far away from all the Mitte galleries which tend to feel clumped together. The Kreuzberg gallery serves as a stage for young, successful artists like Terence Koh—Peres’ bankrolled wunderkind—Bruce La Bruce, Dan Attoe, Chris Ballantyne, Joe Bradley and Dan Colen. With a newly expanded space and a project space in the facing building, Peres Projects has their art market cornered.
