Neurotitan could possibly reside in the last remaining building yet untouched by renovation in touristy Hackescher Markt, and as such, keeps the banner of independent subculture high.

Tying together different disciplines of art into one glorious knot, the gallery supports a multinational network of artists who move between the avant-garde and the sub-culture—and occasionally those who act outside the usual art scene. The mission and goal of the gallery is to wash away the frontiers of the past while diving into future aesthetics.

The shop offers an outstanding choice of serigraph comics and electronic music by small labels. A range of design posters, obscure art and philosophy books, quaint accessories and Berlin products complete its extraordinary repertoire.
