This co-op building for artists and designers offers some 40 ateliers for 60 artists who come from across the world. Nestled right at the water, near the Badeschiff, the somewhat dilapidated building brandishes an authenticity similar to squatter-filled Tacheles. Fittingly, the venue also holds the offices of the DMY International Design Festival.
