Galerie Guido W. Baudach was established in 2001 and originally named Ausstellungs und Projektsraum Maschenmode (as it was housed in a formed knit-wear factory). In 2004 the gallery moved to Wedding to occupy a larger industrial space and changed its name given its new location. Building itself out of very little, Galerie Guido W. Baudach now hosts a variety of impressive shows of mid-career artists.

Artists represented include: André Butzer, Björn Dahlem, Erwin Kneihsl, Thilo Heinzmann, Thomas Helbig, Andreas Hofer, Bjarne Melgaard, Aïda Ruilova, Markus Selg and Thomas Zipp.
