After maintaining a successful gallery space in Cologne for over twenty years, directors Daniel Buchholz and Christopher Müller opened this West Berlin location in the Summer of 2008 with exhbitions by famed German typographer and illustrator Marcus Behmer (1879-1958) and Berlin-based artist David Lieske.

Now boasting, between the two locations, a list of nearly forty artists from all over Europe and the United States, Galerie Daniel Buchholz exhibits a broad calendar of exhibitions ranging from object and film installation to painting and photography.

Past shows in Berlin include solo exhibitions by artists Josef Strau, Jack Goldstein, Henrik Olesen, Aaron Curry, Richard Hawkins and Julian Göthe as well as a joint exhibition of Mark Leckey and Frances Stark.
