Alexander Ochs founded the gallery with the intention of representing East Asian artists in Europe, with a particular focus on Chinese contemporary art. Given that the gallery has another location in Beijing, they have exclusive representative in Europe for Fang Lijun, Yang Shaobin, Yin Xiuzhen and other significant Chinese artists.

The gallery regularly participates in various art fairs such as Art Forum Berlin, Art Cologne, ARCO Madrid and CIGE Beijing, Art Beijing and the shContemporary Shanghai.
