Art, re-fueled

FIT Galerie—Freie Internationale Tankstelle—has presented work that is particularly interested in the social relevance of art since their founding in 2002. Their name connects to their mission: to “reclaim” abandoned gas stations and re-imagine them as fueling stations for the imagination rather than for gasoline.

The artworks presented at FIT regularly push outside of the “white cube standard” and into what Joseph Beuys famously coined, “Social Sculpture.”

Come and be rejuvenated by art.
