Living history, put across alive and playful. The DDR Museum shows the everyday life of a departed state and life in socialism. Visitors are invited to enlarge their knowledge in different subject areas, to rethink stereotypes and experience history very close. Everything you see just waits to be felt and touched. This is not your typical museum, where every exhibit is locked in a showcase. Open lockers, drawers or sit in a original Trabbi and feel the DDR-atmosphere.
