Swelling in size since its inception in 1977, The Daimler Art Collection, housed in a 600 square meter exhibition space in Haus Huth, has a clear penchant for 20th century art. The impressive collection includes approximately 1,800 works by international artists.
At its core, the collection is highly representative of Modernism, particularly from south-west Germany, but flourished in the ’90s with the inclusion of works by other European and American artists, including works by both Andy Warhol and Jeff Koons. The gallery regularly hosts exhibitions of its collection and new acquisitions as well as spotlights on individual artists.
