Particularly interested in new media and performance art, the space Art Claims Impulse, pushes the envelope with their approach towards presenting this type of work.

The space hosts a wide range of screenings and installations as well as a summer residency program for artists, which culminates in an exhibition. With two spaces for installations and performances as well as a separate “video lounge,” the gallery is able to be quite flexible with their exhibitions. Additionally, the gallery organizes video screenings once a month which are open to the public.
