In the middle of everything but somehow mysteriously hidden from view, the venue formerly known as Kato used to be locatable by following members of any particular group of alternative subculture (think squatters, reggae kids, goth teenagers) milling about under the Schesisches Tor U-Bahn tracks.

Nowadays it is no longer a club and is periodically employed for a wide spectrum of theater, music, and “other” types of shows.
